The Collection consists of manuscript material relating to the play "Undine" by William Leonard Courtney, which was first produced at the Shakespeare Theatre, Liverpool, England, on September 23, 1903. The first act was revived on May 23, 1907 at the Criterion Theatre, with Mrs. Patrick Campbell in the leading role.

The William Leonard Courtney papers are comprised of one box containing four typed copies of playscripts and one muscial score from the play "Undine."

The collection was purchased from I.K. Fletcher, November 30, 1948. Further accruals are not expected.
