Biographical/Historical Note
Kenneth B. Keating (1900-1975) was a lawyer, congressman (Republican, 40th New York District) from 1947 to 1959, Senator from New York State from 1959 to 1965, associate justice of the New York Court of Appeals from 1966 to 1969, ambassador to India from 1969 to 1972, and ambassador to Israel from 1973 to 1975.
