Boulls-Baker family records and memorabilia
Biographical/Historical note
William E. Boulls (1862-1929), born in Rochester, was employed by the Post Express newspaper for forty years. Then for five years by The Democrat and Chronicle. In 1896 he married Ida Nettie Baker, with whom he had two sons, Henry and Trafton.
Scope and Contents
The Boulls-Baker Family Records and Memorabilia is comprised of one box containing wedding and autograph books, programs, deeds, certificates, correspondence, and three handwritten poems by William M. Lewis.

The Boulls-Baker Family Records and Memorabilia is open for research use. Researchers are advised to contact the Rare Books Special Collections & Preservation Department prior to visiting. Upon arrival, researchers will also be asked to fill out a registration form and provide photo identification.

In consultation with a curator, reproductions may be made upon request. Permission to publish materials from the collection must be requested from a curator. Researchers are responsible for determining any copyright questions.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
The collection was the gift of Mrs. Marjorie (Brownell) Boulls, February-April, 1960.
