The Rigney's Bluff Association was a group organized to develop the Rigneys Bluff Farm in the town of Greece, N.Y. into cottage lots.

The Rigney's Bluff Association Papers are composed of one box containing six folders of officer lists, by-laws, meeting minutes, correspondence, lot appraisals, and a map of the subdivision.
