Biographical/Historical note

J. Albert Wood, Jr. (1905-1975) was an engineering instructor at the University of Rochester from 1928 to 1934. He received his MS in physics here in 1929. From 1929 to 1933 he took a series of photographs documenting events at the University of Rochester, including picnics, the new River Campus, and work in the Electrical Engineering Lab.
