Content Description Part 1: Douglass responding to a request to advertise for an abolitionist meeting. He says he cannot because all the important leaders will be in Boston at the Bazaar
Part 2: Douglass in England, misses Post, apologizes for not writing more. Says no prejudice in England, treated like a man there. Gives him hope that when slave system ends in U.S., prejudice caused by the system will also end.
